RK Shutters specializes in supplying and installing high-quality, UK-made shutters. Our services include consultation, custom design, and expert installation of shutters for residential and commercial spaces.

4. Orders and Payment

• Orders are considered confirmed once we have received your payment or a 50% deposit for the products and services.
• Payment must be made in full upon completion of the installation, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• We accept payments via bank transfer to our business account.

5. Delivery and Installation

• Delivery and installation dates will be agreed upon at the time of booking the service. We will do our best to meet these dates, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not liable for any delays caused by third-party suppliers or external factors.

6. Returns and Refunds

• We offer a 5-year warranty on all of our shutters, starting from the installation date.
• Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the shutters are damaged or defective upon installation. Claims for defective products must be made within [specify number of days, e.g., 14 days] of installation.
• If you wish to cancel your order before installation, deposit will only be possible to be refunded in full if shutter manufacture hasn't commenced. Due to trying to achieve the quickest possible turn around jobs are processed within 24 hours of the final survey. After installation, cancellations or refunds are not accepted unless agreed otherwise.

8. Liability

• RK Shutters will not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from the use or installation of our products, except where caused by negligence or faulty installation by our team.
